Subscribe to the guaranteed cancellation option: when booking through our website / Secureholiday booking platform, you have the option of taking out a guaranteed cancellation option at the price of € 50 per stay, regardless of its duration.

The guaranteed cancellation option must be paid at the same time as the first deposit when booking.

The cancellation guarantee option ensures that you will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, less the amount of the guarantee in the event of cancellation.

The cancellation of your stay must be notified to us by email (reception@fontaineduroc.com) no later than 30 days before the start date of your stay.

Any cancellation made within a period of less than 30 days will not give rise to any refund for any reason.
